I’ve spent over 20 years in the finance industry, and alongside estate agency I’m also a qualified mortgage broker - which means I don’t just understand homes, I understand the numbers behind them too. That experience allows me to give honest, well-rounded advice and help sellers (and buyers) make smart, confident decisions.
When I’m not out valuing homes or negotiating deals, you’ll usually find me juggling life with my two children, caffeine 
and a never-ending to-do list - all with a smile.

I love helping clients see what could be, whether that’s spotting hidden value, planning improvements, or finding the right buyer who’ll fall in love with a property the same way I do. I’m big on honesty, creativity, and making the process feel exciting rather than overwhelming.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me knee-deep in a project, with my two children, or convincing myself that the next renovation will be “a quick one”
